MOVE IN HOURS:

Friday - March 25th, 2022: 9am - 8pm

NO SATURDAY MOVE IN WILL BE ALLOWED

SHOW HOURS:

Saturday March 26th, 2022: 9am - 6pm - Open to Exhibitors at 8am

Sunday March 27th, 2022: 10am - 5pm - Open to Exhibitors at 9am

BOOTH RENTAL:

Each 10'x10' booth costs $135.

​

MISC. ITEMS:

Electrical in booth - $35 per outlet 

8’ Rectangular Table (all tables must be reserved in advance) - $13

You must provide your own chairs

​

RETURNING EXHIBITORS:

Follow the instructions and complete the form below. 50% deposit will secure space, any balance due must be received by February 17th, 2022. Early applications will receive best placement.

​

NEW EXHIBITORS:

Reservations are on a first come, first served basis.  Payment in full must accompany your application. Priority will be given to those with motorcycle related products.

​

PASSES & VENDOR PARKING:

2 weekend (Fri- Sun) Vendor Passes are included with the first booth plus 1 extra pass for each additional booth.

Extra weekend Vendor passes are $18 each

Vendor Parking is free and will be in a designated areas.

​

LODGING:

HOTELS: Scroll down to book discounted lodging at partner hotels.

RV PARKING: is available for $35(hookups) and $25(non-hookups).

INSURANCE:

Just as in past years, vendor insurance is required for this event.  The requirements are a minimum of $1M general liability insurance.  If you already have insurance that will cover you for the event, you just need to have your agent name the parties below as additional insureds and send certificate to us at: info@coloradomotorcycleexpo.com

If you don’t already have insurance that will cover you for the event, we have partnered with an outside  company to provide you with insurance at the lowest possible cost, which is $40.  The process to sign up is simple, and the certificates will be automatically sent to us when complete.
